Job Title:   Phone Support Intern (Several No Experience Customer Service Jobs)

About US:

MOGO Uganda is part of Eleving Group, an international FinTech company operating in 15 countries on three continents. MOGO provides affordable financing options for used cars, Boda Boda and Tuk Tuk loans for the people of Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving and taking care of the new phones stock
• Configuring the phones with the security software
• Supporting the Phone Financing Team on any other phones related tasks.
• Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field business course.
• Graduates who have not yet entered formal employment are encouraged
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills (e.g., Excel)
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
