Job Summary:  The Marketing and Sales Executive (Real Estate) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sale of real property. The candidate will also be tasked with developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to other members of the organization

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities
  • Negotiating contracts with buyers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement
  • Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings
  • Coordinating with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches
  • Presenting offers to buyers on behalf of the company in order to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale
  • Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area
  • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
  • Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy
  • Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities
  • Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads
  • Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates
  • Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Finance
  • Portfolio of previous marketing projects
  • 5+ years of experience in the real estate sector
  • Thorough knowledge of the real estate market
  • Expertise with project management software and CRM systems
