Job Summary: The Treasury Officer will support Treasury operations through clearing of open items in Bank accounts, posting of Bank charges and interest charges, preparation of instruction letters to Banks and preparation of Treasury reports.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordination of daily clearing of transit accounts for all the Banks.
- Prepares the transfer instructions for posting of Interbank transfers in SAP.
- Ensures posting of Bank charges and interests charged on overdrafts and loans.
- Prepares letters to Banks for instructions and queries.
- Monitor and maintain the Forex rates and Interest rates in SAP.
- Prepare the monthly Treasury reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in commerce / accounting or a related field, with ACCA or CPA or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (03) years’ experience in Treasury office or Accounts department in a busy environment.
- High levels of Integrity, Strong analytical skills with strict adherence to deadlines.
