Job Summary: The Health Project Assistant will process, Underwrite medical files, initiate service provider payments and communicate payments statements to service providers in line with company policies and procedures. The incumbent provides a service as a temporary employee covering many fields.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation and dispatch of membership information
- Endorsing and invoicing client accounts
- Timely response to customer within service charter standards
- Ensure completeness of insurance documentations-KYC
- Credit Control
- Timely verification and vetting of all medical provider invoices.
- Timely communication of payments to service providers and sharing statements.
- Manage benefit utilization and report on the same
- Recommend cover design to underwriter as a result of vetting
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold an Honours Degree (Hons): Public Health
- Skills: Authentication, Communication, Dispatching, Documentations, Insurance, Invoices, Payments, People Management, Taking Initiative
