Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure the Branch’s monthly loan issuance targets are met.
- Supervise and monitor all the branch staff to achieve the Branch and Company objectives.
- To grow sales as per the set month branch targets.
- Maintain a good loan portfolio by directly following up delinquent and defaulting clients.
- Manage and protect the company’s assets in the best interest of the company.
- Ensure and enforce compliance to the company’s set policies and procedures and as occasionally communicated.
- Manage Business Partnership with all stakeholders that relate with the branch.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
- Two to three years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent leadership capability, high level of confidence and ability to establish communication with others.
- Ability to handle refresher and developmental trainings efficiently.
- Must be Knowledgeable about the Boda Boda Industry.
- Must have Proven Track record of achieving and surpassing Targets.
