Job Summary:  The Lubricants Training & Development Engineer will identify and deliver need based trainings for TOTAL Staff, partners on the Network and the Outside network that instill the value of safe operations, increase the level of Total Lubricants’ knowledge and make TOTAL the number one preferred partner for Lubricants’ solutions.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs for partners on the network and outside network.
  • Prepare training plan and Budget.
  • Execute the training plan as per schedule.
  • Train staff on company tools: SALSA, DMS, TQAS, e-Lube etc.
  • Identify talent within the training for further training.
  • Prepare reward & recognition campaigns for the best performing staff and partnerships with OEMs for further development.
  • Implement, advise and monitor appraisal schemes.
  • Supervise and monitor the progress made via training programmes or schemes.
  • Ensure employees receive statutory required training.
  • Design and assess training programmes

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • At least three years of experience in the role.
  • Sales experience, training skills and customer satisfaction.
