Job Summary:  The Production Supervisor will lead the supervision of the production department, taking responsibility for the productivity and efficiency of the process and the asset integrity, coordinating operative personnel to produce and contribute to the achievement of the company objectives. To propose improvements and innovations, inspiring others leading with a good model.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To plan and execute production plan
  • Production efficiencies Kpi’s
  • SOP’s compliance and revision
  • Production supplies coordination
  • Production quality supervision
  • Product quality assurance
  • Machinery set up supervision
  • Processing batch reporting and accountability
  • To propose projects for improvements
  • To report work shifts
  • Safety, Health and Environment compliance
  • Team coordination
  • Food safety and sustainability program participation
  • Asset integrity supervision
  • Maintenance plan coordination
  • Team performance evaluation
  • Decision taken for processing issues
  • Lead high level of commitment and motivation
  • Budget planning and execution
  • Stock take participation

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold an Industry, Food, Mechanical, other engineering processional certification or degree
  • At least two years as production supervisor or similar
  • Experience working in warehouses and factories
  • Experience in processing machinery
  • Experience working in Industrial environment
  • Day shift and night shift rotation
  • Safety, Health and Environmental good practices
  • Personnel supervision
  • Quality controls implementation
  • Budget and costing execution
