Uganda Development Bank Ltd (UDBL) is the country’s only Development Finance Institution (DFI) established in 1972. The Bank has recently re-positioned itself as a partner to the Government of Uganda in delivering the theme of its National Development Plan.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The applicants should be fresh graduates with qualifications in the following areas:

  • Engineering – a bias in: Mechanical, Software & Mechatronic Engineering, Irrigation, Agro-processing Engineering. Data Management – a bias in Data Science, Analysis and/or Architecture, Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics.
  • Statistics and Quantitative Economics.
  • HR Management and Organizational Behavior. Environmental Science.
  • Sustainable Development, and related fields.
