Job Summary:  The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for managing customer queries and feedback across all the clinic lines of operation. They will also be responsible for managing general customer experience, expectations and proactively ideating and implementing interventions and strategies for service level improvements.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive customers and orient them on the available range of Rocket Health products and services.
  • Verify the customers’ primary and secondary reasons for the visit.
  • Create customers’ profiles in the EMR for the first time and/ or updating bio data for already existing customers.
  • Communicate prices for services required or requested for by the customer.
  • Verify customers’ payment modes and update the EMR accordingly.
  • Verify validity and benefits of the various clients namely, e-Wallet, Insurance clients, etc in SMART or Tracksol and update the EMR with the available benefits/ or balances for the Doctors’ visibility.
  • Educate cash customers about the e-Wallet and send e-Wallet activation requests to the cashiers.
  • Send reminders to customers who have been scheduled for Doctor appointments.
  • Provide support to customers as they register, update profiles, or use the various Rocket Health channels and communication platforms.
  • Identify walk-in clients who require support across the various service points and offer them professional customer support.
  • Monitor individual patients’ turn around time in real time and make practical interventions where required, to prevent delays.
  • Guide clients to the next service point whenever the nurse is not available.
  • Educate customers on services offered by Rocket Health / Cross Selling / Up Selling.
  • Provide first level management of customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate desks for resolution.
  • Respond to any other customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • One year of experience as a Customer care representative in a busy environment
