Kakira Sugar Limited (KSL) is a leading sugar manufacturer in Uganda. KSL boasts of two (2) sugar estates, one in Kakira – Jinja and the other in Kayunga.

 

Job Summary:  Working closely with the HHR, ensuring KSL realizes the full potential of our growing staff, steward manpower planning, organizational Structures, recruiting, performance management, policy reviews, talent mapping, staff development, organizational development management





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or HR and several years of experience in Human resources.
  • At least three years in a supervisory position preferably in a large organization Analytical thinking, Dynamic, quality of Service, Communication, Teamwork. Results Driven, Agile and Performance
