The Medical Concierge Group (TMCG) is a digital health enterprise incorporated in Uganda (HQ), Kenya and Nigeria since 2012. It is comprised of a portfolio of innovative healthcare ventures including: health call centers, mobile clinical services, health content development, and healthcare enterprise software solutions.

 

Job Summary:  The Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and providing high-quality administrative support to the CEO and the executive team while reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Finance Officer. The position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Chief Executives appointments’ schedule by planning and scheduling physical and virtual meetings.
  • Drafting letters and documents including collecting and analyzing information as well as initiating telecommunications.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Coordinates all travel arrangements and provides documentation as required.
  • Accurately and professionally recording minutes from meetings.
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails and other correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support in liaison with the senior administrative Officer
  • Support the Senior administrative Officer in handling complex office administrative work
  • Any other duties in relation to the above as may be assigned from time to time




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Secretarial studies, public administration or any other related course.
  • At least three to five years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a reputable organization
  • Experience with taking high level Board meeting minutes is a must
  • Strong ability in using MS Office and Google suite
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Effectiveness in establishing and maintaining respectful and productive relationships with the employees, departments, supervisors and the public
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
