Job Summary:  We are looking for an IT specialist/computer
technician. Are you a good problem solver and do you love technology? And do
you have a drive to deliver excellent services to your colleagues? Do you

interesting job with a lot of autonomy in which you are challenged to maintain
our network, computers and servers to ensure a fully functioning IT
infrastructure. You will be reporting to the Finance & HR Director and you
will be supported by an external IT consultant.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

maintenance and check-ups of all hardware to ensure proper functioning of the
company network (firewall, optic fibre network, servers, printers, routers PC’s

software updates and anti-virus protection for all users and the network

of phones, sim cards, personal computers and laptops and keeping a register of
all issuances.

solving for all hard- and software related issues within the company

Excel and Access databases and tools to improve processes within the


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal
candidate must hold a Degree in Computer Science

Three years
of proven experience in a reputable organization

knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Access)

certificate shall be an added advantage
