Job Summary:  The IT intern will be required to provide IT
related support to the business through delivery of the following key
responsibilities where your key focus will be to assist in getting routine
maintenance and support issues being handled by IT delivered within required
business SLA

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·        
On
Premise and Remote User Desktop support (CC and Office).

·        
Google
suite support (Google Email and Docs)

·        
Carry
out Preventive maintenance (Laptops, Desktops, Printers).

·        
Fault
finding (Troubleshooting) laptops, desktops, Lan and Printer.

·        
To
diagnose issues, install or reinstall software and to image or reimage
computers.

·        
Offer
assistance and support to Country IT Associate in routine IT-Related matters.

·        
Monitoring,
tracking and escalating incidents within the support groups and vendors
(secondary) as advised by Country IT Associate.

·        
Performing
miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

·        
Working
extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·        
The
applicant must hold an IT Diploma

·        
A+, N+,
IT Diploma would be preferable

·        
High
level of self-motivation

·        
People
Orientation and a Team Player

Excellent
communication skills

·        
Proactive
and resourceful

·        
Good
Understanding of Process, Procedures and Work Instructions

·
