registrar of companies in South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya and Sudan.

 

Job Summary:  The Personal Assistant to CEO will support the
CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of
administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments;
completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging
complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling
documents for meetings Answering calls and liaising with clients competently .

 

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:

·        
Maintains
CEO office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and
equipment procedures, completes operational requirements by scheduling and
following up on work results.

·        
Keeps
management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing
information; identifying trends, provide general support to staff and visitors,
perform clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks.

·        
Assist
and participate actively in the planning and execution of company events,
coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.

·        
Reading,
monitoring and responding to email, preliminary drafting of correspondence on
CEO behalf, manage executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments, planning
and organizing meetings, taking action points and writing minutes.

·        
Planning
and organizing events, preparing presentations

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·        
The
ideal candidate must hold a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication,
Secretariat and other related fields

·        
Two to
three years of experience in a corporate company, clerical and administrative
roles preference experience within the service industry

·        
Knowledge
of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures,

·        
Excellent
time management skills

·        
Demonstrated
ability to perform multi-task and prioritize activities

·        
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills

·        
Excellent
organizational and planning skills,

·        
Highly proficient
in Power Point, Excel MS Office, discretion and confidentiality
