Job Summary:  The Airtel
Money Segment Lead is responsible for the segment assigned and the relationship
with the partners in the segment. The role manages the relationships, product
roadmap and product enhancements which includes; Acquisition of partners, on
boarding, relationship management, revenue growth and portfolio management, the
generation of product concept notes, business case development; product
development; User Acceptance Testing and process approvals, coordination of
technical integrations with partners, customer experience, go live
coordination, and number of unique Airtel Money users of the assigned segment
services. The role holder is the first line of escalation for all partner
queries and coordinates all received queries to resolution.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate for the Airtel job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Social studies, commerce or any other related field.

·       
Post
Graduate qualification in Business, commercial/ banking field will be an added
advantage

·       
A
minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or Business Development, sales
and relationship management

·       
Strong
understanding of all aspects of money transfer markets, product life cycles and
relationship management

·       
Good
communication and people skills, understanding of the market.

·

Negotiation and project management skills

Strong
analytical and strategic skills
