International Ltd is a leading Pharmaceutical Company based in Kampala –
Uganda, dealing in Importation and Distribution of Human and Veterinary
Medicines, Surgical products & Nutrition Formula’s. The company is an Agent
& Local Technical Representative (LTR) for Several Manufacturers from
Europe and Middle East.

Job Summary:  The Personal Assistant (PA) works closely with
the MD/Chairman to help ensure the efficient Administration and day-to-day
operations of his office and support the completion of selected tasks and
specially delegated assignments. She will serve as a liaison and resource
person in support of Goodman International Ltd Senior Management Team SMT and
Advisory Board

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The applicant
must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related degree or relevant
professional qualification

·       
Three years
of experience as an Executive PA in related senior secretarial/administrative
positions

·       
Proficient
in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and
Social Media web platforms

·       
Driver’s
license and clean record

·       
Experience
in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable

·       
Charming

·       
Business-like
approach

·       
Adaptability

·       
Personal
commitment

·       
Age:
Below 30 years
