Job Summary:   The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will
mainly monitor and work with eternal evaluators to have planned monitoring
& evaluation activities in EELAY&UPG Projects as well as implement the
new software and ensure smooth and efficient IT support.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor all project activities in the designated areas &
    evaluate the impact of the projects.
  • Responsible for developing a monitoring operational plan and KPI
    indicators and monitoring strategy for the UPG project
  • Closely work with the Project managers & M & E Manager to
    develop new monitoring tools, update & review existing tools &
    conduct data verification of the projects.
  • Software (Windows, Android ect) set up, update and trouble shooting.
  • Application/Software piloting & implementation.
  • IT training & end user support to ensure 100% user activeness on
    android application and all necessary support of MIS.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science,
    Information technology, Business computing or related qualifications.
  • A certificate / Post Graduate Diploma in M & E or Project
    Planning are an added advantage.
  • At least three years of experience in handling similar
    responsibilities.
  • Very good computer skills and knowledge on software,
    troubleshooting, Ms. Excel, SPSS & SPSS packages is a MUST
  • Should have a deeper understanding of project management cycle.
  • Should be competent in sharing findings through presentation.
