Job Summary:   The Activation
Management Officer will be responsible for finding, coordinating, supervising
Boiler rooms and reporting on all activations undertaken at agency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

Activation
Management

  • Design monthly Activation plan for the agency…125 activations per
    week and generate 1,125 leads per week
  • Coordinate team’s weekly activation and ensure that they happen
  • Organise logistics for teams to undertake planned activations
  • Custodian of activation materials

Boiler room
management

  • Run Activation masterclass for all teams monthly as refresher
  • Ensure that each agency team organise a minimum of 1 Boiler room per
    day (14 per day for 14 agency teams currently)
  • Take pictures and videos of each boiler room and store
  • Create a tracking system for all Boiler rooms in the agreed
    format/template and share with the teams

Secure activation
venues

  • Secure 7 Activation venues per week for the team
  • Keep a tracker of these Activation venues in the agreed
    format/template

Call List

  • Pursue call list from telecommunication companies and other
    institutions
  • Pursue cold leads from directories etc.

Reporting

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports of all your deliverables in the
    agreed format/template

Other duties: Perform any other duties as may be assigned management

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant should preferably hold a relevant Degree from a
    credible / recognised university. A Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics is an
    added advantage
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Verbal and written Communication skills
  • Negotiation and Interpersonal skills
  • Clear communication skills with quick response to queries
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to successfully work in a high activity, fast paced
    environment
  • Excel knowledge and basic computer skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn.
