Job Summary:  Solid Rock Life & Business (SRLB) is
looking for and experienced Capacity Building professional who will be
responsible for providing instructional design, delivery and capacity building
training programs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Plan and
organize the company trainings in collaboration with the respective departments

·        
Develop
training guidelines and procedures

·        
Coordinate
and arrange training programs for ongoing projects and clients

·        
Implement
and oversees the implementation of the Training 
Process Framework

·        
Oversees
compliance of company and partner Training Management Tools

·        
Manages
training content in appropriate systems of 
records

·        
Liaise
and support instructors in the delivery of training

·        
Serves
as the liaison between instructors and various SRLB departments

·        
Collaborates
with the Sales Department

·        
Act on
behalf of the Capacity Building Solutions Architect when need be

·        
Oversees
Student Relationship Management

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·        
The
ideal candidate should have six years related working experience in Capacity
Building, Curriculum  Design and  School or Training Institutional  management

·        
Bachelor’s
Degree or Diploma in Education

·        
A
Master’s Degree is desirable

·        
Demonstrated
experience in developing, organising and delivering training and capacity
building Programmes

·        
Demonstrated
ability to engage with a range of stakeholders

·        
Relevant
experience, relationships and professional networks in a number of sectors

interpersonal and communication skills

·        
Critical
and analytical thinking
.

·        
Problem
solving and team player
.

·        
Experienced
user of MS Office Suite include Microsoft Project

·        
Demonstrated
capacity to work independently and being flexible.
