Job Summary:  The Head of Legal will effectively identify,
mitigate and monitor legal risks in all Letshego Uganda operations and manage
board affairs. He/She should provide effective and efficient day-to-day
leadership and management to the Legal Department.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree
• Must have a Diploma in Legal Practice from LDC and an Advocate of
  the High Court
• A minimum of five years of experience in the legal department of a
  regulated financial institution, and/or
• At least five years of law firm experience supporting a regulated
  financial institution.
• Experience in litigation and ADR
• Knowledge, experience and competence in managing legal matters.
• Good legal writing documentation and presentation skills
