About US:

The Office of the
Prime Minister (OPM) is the Leader of Government Business in Parliament and
responsible for the coordination and implementation of Government Policies
across Ministries, Departments and other Public Institutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Responsible
for all secretarial services at the duty station.

·        
Receive
and channel all radio and telephone messages for the station.

·        
Receive,
attend to and guide visitors

·        
Requisition
supplies and generate accountabilities in line with existing policies

·        
Ensure
that all communication equipment are in good working condition

·        
Custodian
of secretarial related properties of the station including ensuring that such
properties are in good working order.

·        
Handle
minor administrative problems and inquiries

·        
Supervise
all the support staff of the given station.

·        
Handle
any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·        
Applicants
should be Ugandans holding a Diploma in Secretarial Studies 

·        
At least
two years working experience.

·        
Age:
23 – 45 years

addresses, and a recent passport photograph of the applicant and indicate three
referees. The applicant should be a person of high moral character and
integrity, willing to work in remote rural settlements.

All applicants must

indicate the reference number on the top left hand side corner of the
application letter’s envelop, seal it and submit their application letters to
the Human Resource Office, Open Registry 3rd Floor, Office of the Prime
Minister.
