organisations to find and demonstrate solutions to poverty and environmental
issues. Our team includes both local and international experts with
professional capabilities ranging from engineering to social science.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • In charge of preparing and payment of invoices
  • Research, prepare and supply information on general company issues
    or project specific issues as required
  • Keenly track budgets, expenditure, and provide financial reports
    under specific funder format
  • Management of company bank accounts and petty cash including
    preparing monthly and yearly accounts to be audited.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Whave Administration Officer Kamuli job
    must hold a Degree in Accounting, Business Admin or other accounting
    related course.
  • CPA & ACCA are added advantages
  • A minimum of two years’ experience working with a non- governmental
    organisation or private business
  • Broad knowledge, understanding and experience in Quickbooks
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office packages and high level of
    integrity, honesty and professionalism.
  • Lusoga/ Luganda is a must.
