About US:
Goodwill (U) Ceramic
Co. Ltd is a Chinese-founded Ceramic tiles’ production Company incorporated in
Uganda. Goodwill Ceramic has three operating ceramic tile factories in Africa,
producing 360,000 m2 ceramic tiles daily and is setting up the fourth company
in Uganda. We are aiming at building the most advanced ceramic tile factory
both in technique and management.
Job Summary:  The Supervisor will manage and discipline the
staffs in manufacturing for efficiency and safety.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Supervisor must have at least five years of related work
    experience
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts
  • Positive and capable in work assignment, planning making, progress
    control and report.
  • Skilled in communication and interpersonal relationship management.
    (Mandarin speaker preferred).
