Job Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will
lead a team of 6 officers at headquarters and field level.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
in economics, social sciences or statistics - Post graduate diploma in M&E or related masters
- Five years of experience M&E in the fields of health, education,
child protection and humanitarian. - Five years of experience in the application to qualitative data
collection, establishment of a results-based M&E system, capacity
building project and M&E staff, designing log frame and M&E
frameworks - Experience of managing more than 5 officers or coordinators for more
than 2 years - Experience in proposal writing, donor reporting focusing on outcomes
and impact
