• Draw up a Business plan for optimal planning in line with the
  strategic objectives.
• Drive World Class Manufacturing initiatives in the Utilities
  environment.
• Manage and support Team Leaders to achieve production, maintenance
  and quality targets in a cost effective manner.
• Solve systematic problems to save costs, minimize risk and losses
  and to improve productivity in line with benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance to safety and statutory requirements.
• Manage asset care within the Utility Department.
• Sell, manage, implement and actively support change interventions
  and projects.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
  Engineering or a related field.
• Three years’ experience in a leadership role in the Utility
  environment
• Five years of Engineering experience in a FMCG environment
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Ability to identify gaps and initiate improvement activities.
• Experience in Financial interpretation and Project management
• Must be self-motivated. enthusiastic, possess good analytical ability
  and problem solving skills.
