About US:
The Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda is mandated to
regulate, supervise, monitor and control the business of Insurance in Uganda.
Job Summary: The Administrative Secretary will support
the Planning, Research &Market Development Department by providing
administrative support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Carry out office administration.
Maintain and update the diary of the Director
Planning, Research & Market Development.
Take dictation.
Type documents, Perform public relations work in
the office and make appointments for the Director Planning, Research &
Market Development.
Maintain an efficient document and filing
Take minutes for departmental meetings.
Assist in the planning of the procurement needs
for the department.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned
from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
The ideal candidate for the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda Administrative
Secretary job placement must hold a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Secretarial
Studies, or in any relevant field.
Three years of secretarial experience in a
reputable organisation.
