Job Summary: The Application
Support Officer will primarily be responsible for the day- to- day support of
the core banking system and other applications ensuring system stability and
enhanced performance.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Controlled resolution of operational
incidents and problems (deviations from planned or expected core banking
operations), the drawing in of specialized expertise wherever appropriate,
and the provision of advice and information aimed at minimizing the
occurrence and impact of service incidents through process improvement. - Flexibility to work nights and weekends
and ability to respond rapidly to alerts as necessary is integral to the
successful delivery of reliable applications support. - Offer timely technical support of the core
banking and other applications, ensuring controlled maintenance and
resolution of operational incidents and problems within SLA and to
customers’ satisfaction. - Perform end of day, start of day and
related procedures , and generate and share systems report with relevant
stakeholders - Perform any other duty that may be
assigned.

Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the BRAC Application
Support Officer job opportunity should hold a Degree/Diploma in computer
science or related field majoring in IT, Computer Science - One to two years’ experience in an ICT
Department with 01 year experience in financial institution. - Strongly analytical and problem solving
skills - Excellent customers service skills
- Proven ability to handle pressure
especially in emergencies - Technical experience especially with core
banking applications.
