of market leader brands in soaps, edible cooking oils and fats, detergents,
beverages, personal care products and plastics.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:   
  • Tally-up goods loaded and reconcile with
    loading order
  • Check that goods loaded on trucks comply
    with customer specifications
  • Carry tally sheets to Sales Office for
    invoicing
  • Supervise, monitor and guide Loading
    Assistants
  • Sign-off the goods dispatched note.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by
    Dispatch Manager
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:  
  • The applicants should preferably hold Ordinary
    Diplomas in procurement and logistics or any business related discipline.
  • At least two years of relevant experience
    is required.
  • Excellent communication skills for both
    oral and written
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Good team player
  • Highly flexible
  • Results-focused
  • Ability to take personal initiative and highly
    creative.
  • Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing
    technology and ability to perform to expected standards.
  • Mechanical ability, physical strength and
    stamina and the ability to work in high places
