Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • The Recruitment & Training
    Administrator will participate and follow up the recruitment process.
    Advertising, sorting of the CV, conducting interviews, tests.
  • The jobholder will also receive all the
    job applications, sort and classify based on each profession and store in
    database for retrieval as and when required.
  • Follow-up and keep the candidates’ status
    updated in the Total Careers system. Arrange for test & interview
    appointments with the short listed candidates for technical and
    administrative testing and provide feedback.
  • Prepare recruitment reports.
  • Prepare monthly dash boards for training
    & recruitment.
  • Ensure timely recruitment process as per
    the required timelines for each of the activities involved in the
    recruitment process.
  • The incumbent will collect all staff
    training needs as per performance appraisals, prepare the costing for
    onward approval by management. Register staff for approved trainings.
  • Follow up on administrative requirements
    for training
  • Tasked with monitoring and reviewing the
    progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Follow-up on all e-learning for staff.
    Establish and maintain accurate records of all trainings undertaken.
  • Prepare monthly reports on training
    activities and program. Organize the trainings i.e. review the list of
    participants, distribution of materials and training, monitor trainee in
    training, support trainer in training. Manage and maintain training materials
    and equipment. Organize staff induction based on induction matrix.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The ideal candidates for the TOTAL
    Recruitment & Training Administrator job opportunity must hold a
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least two to three years’ experience in
    Human Resources particularly recruitment and or training
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and
    organization skills
  • Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Handle information in a confidential and
    professional manner
