• Manage daily operational issues of buses.
• Manage a team of drivers, conductors,
  turmen, loaders, etc.
• The incumbent will ensure punctuality in
  arrivals and departures of buses.
• Keenly track movement of the bus fleet and
  ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
• Attend to calls on enroute breakdowns,
  accidents and other emergencies and provide necessary assistance.
• The jobholder will co-ordinate with
  workshop for timely repairs and availability of buses.
• Allocate routes and shifts on directions
  of GOM/GM
• Compile and generate daily and monthly MIS
  reports.
• Ensure discipline and compliance of
  company policy by team.
• Attend to customer complaints and
  grievances.
• Facilitate inter-department co-ordination
  for smooth operations
• Advise and support higher management to
  improve operations and maintain standards.
• Assist in business promotion activities as
  and when required.
• Co-ordinate with and maintain good working
  relationship with government agencies and departments. 

• The applicant should hold a bachelor’s
  degree in any field
• A minimum of five to ten years’ experience
  as a manager in the transportation industry
• Age: 35 years and above.
