Job Summary: The Regional Human Capital Coordinator will play a
focal role in supporting the success of our people strategy. The incumbent will
be tasked with a mission to reinvent last mile distribution through ever-growing
networks of micro-entrepreneurs, one of our greatest investments is in people.
Ambitious goals call for a broad range of skills and personalities to work
seamlessly together, a mission upheld by our Human Capital Team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
1. Staffing, Systems, and
Processes:
  • Provide support to the Human Capital team and
    hiring managers with recruiting efforts – Post vacancies, coordinate
    interview process and support management of applicant tracking system.
  • Maintain human resources data and files.
  • The incumbent will research alternative HC
    systems to maximize efficiency and promote accountability.
  • Provide support and manage vendor
    relationships for visa & immigration applications and temporary work
    permits for staff as needed.
2. Special Projects:
  • Carry out research to support design and
    implementation of HC initiatives.
  • Provide support in the delivery of
    initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, ways of working etc.
  • Manage the design and implementation of an
    internal communications tools.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should hold a University
    degree or diploma.
  • At least two years’ experience in a fast
    paced working environment.
  • The jobholder should be passionate,
    motivated, and a detail-oriented individual to join our growing Human
    Capital (HC) team.
  • The right candidate should be innovative with
    an ambition to build a career in human capital, capable of managing
    multiple priorities and have a track record of delivering results in a
    fast-paced environment.
  • High level of IT literacy, including
    experience using databases and spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of HR systems a plus.
