with operations in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic
Republic of Congo and South Sudan. Movit Products Limited manufactures Skin and
Hair products.
Job Summary: The Regional Sales Supervisor will primarily oversee
and coordinate timely implementation of all Movit Products Limited (MPL) sales
activities in the region, achieve regional sales revenue growth, clientele base
and market share.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Generate and grow sales of company products
    in the region through a team of sales representatives in order to achieve
    or exceed the monthly and annual sales targets;
  • Supervise and implement the brand regional
    sales strategies/ plans/ activities;
  • Keenly evaluate brand regional performance
    & new opportunities for sales;
  • Ensure timely debt collections from customer
    to achieve zero balances;
  • Compile and send timely sales reports in
    order facilitate decision making and support management know the
    performance of the various brands in the region;
  • Maintain and expand customer base, building
    and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer
  • Establish and ensure that all sales
    administration procedures relation to the region are properly implemented
    to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales
    targets; and
  • Acquire, coach and supervise an effective
    team of sales representatives in the region.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant for the Regional Sales
    Supervisor job placement should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business,
    Commerce or related discipline with a bias in sales/ marketing;
  • A minimum of four years’ experience in
    selling and marketing FMCG with at least one year in a supervisory role;
  • Previous experience in working in a demanding
    sales environment, where sales targets are a key performance indicator;
  • Computer literacy i.e. Proficiency in MS
    Office (Word and Excel) in order to set up periodically performance and
    progress reports;
  • Show commitment to establishing a successful
    regional sales network;
  • Willingness to travel within the country;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Possess a valid driving permit;
  • Willingness to work long hours without
    supervision including on public holidays and weekends;
  • Excellent analytical, planning and
    implementation skills; and
  • Highly self-driven dynamic personality.
