individuals in the East African region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
Actively monitor individual, team and call center
results to identify and act on both positive and negative performance trends to
ensure attainment of monthly sales targets.
In charge of training, supporting and developing a
team of Call Center Agents.
Recommend corrective services to address customer
Actively monitor service calls to ensure employee’s
conformity to company rules and policies. Telemarketing.
Responsible for general performance of all Call
Center Agents.
Researching on latest information and new market
Enforce call center regulations and policies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in a
business related field from a reputable institution.
The Call Centre Supervisor should preferably have at
least two years’ experience in managing a team of Sales Personnel.
Good computer knowledge.
Possess leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
