prevention services; maternal child health services; Health Professional
training and Clinical Research.

Job
Summary:
 The Community Linkage Officer
will be tasked to review and monitor the implementation of guidelines fi
providing community home based care services for ‘maternal neonatal health’ and
comprehensive HIV/AIDS services in Baylor Uganda heal facilities and
communities in line with the project objectives for SMGL and HIV/AIDs.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
·        
The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s (honors)
degree in Adult Community education or Social Work and Social Administration
(Community Psychology or Developmental Studies.
·        
A minimum of three years’ experience in
implementing Home Based Care Programs; with a reputable international NGO, and
direct experience with government and donor representatives.
·        
Hold a valid riding permit Class A. 
·        
Past exposure and experience in maternal and HI
care program implementation shall have added advantage
·        
Good team ethic and communication skill.
·        
Past networking and partnership skills.
·        
Must be dynamic
·        
Highly persuasive & convincing, self-motivated
and able to demonstrate high initiative.
·        
Knowledge of the local languages is desired
