Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·        Hands on Practical knowledge of Agent Training and development   
·        Robust insurance sales and marketing experience and knowledge of Uganda’s Insurance market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·         Lead technical direction /technical assistance in design and planning for capacity related initiatives for DGFs Implementing Partners (lPs).
·         Develop/ review redesign procedures linked to areas of capacity strengthening of Implementing Partners (lPs) and determine the most effective way of providing support to partners.
·         Work closely with the spheres, finance teams and Implementing Partners (lP’s) to ensure adequate capacity is built in both lP’s technical and organizational areas.
·         ln collaboration with PMs analyse IP OD needs; identity performance gaps required to meet organizational development needs and propose appropriate OD interventions.
·         Work closely with PMs to ensure a consistent approach to partners. Ensure PMs are aware of any interactions with implementing partners.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·         A university degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Organizational Development or other relevant field.
·         Minimum of 5 years in managing or providing technical guidance to civil society organisations or capacity development programmes
·         Experience in organizational capacity assessments and evaluations including developing and using OD tools.
