Job Summary:  The Senior Manager Digital Distribution aims at the formulation and implementation of Digital Distribution strategies, effective management of the Mobile Money Agent network, Overall management of Mobile Money Regional Distribution staff, ensuring continuous performance and achievements of KPI's in the regions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Formulation and implementation of Mobile Money distribution strategies, effective management of the Mobile Money agent network, overall management of Mobile Money distribution staff
  • Design and implement Mobile Money/Easy load distribution strategy.
  • Design and develop agent/retailers acquisition and management strategies
  • Support the conversion rate of new gross adds to active Mobile Money subs/agents and Mobile Money product activations.
  • Ensure best-practices training and sound coaching to Regional Managers, Area Sales Representatives, and Distribution partners to enhance overall effectiveness within Mobile Money Services.
  • Achievement of expansion targets through greater penetration and geographical expansion
  • Develop the MTN  experience in Mobile Money  channel outlets
  • Manage the MTN Customer Experience blueprints throughout the trade and retail environments
  • Ensure float levels and availability are maintained above set criteria
  • Ensure that Mobile Money agent business targets and MTN Brand image is protected


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The ideal candidate for the MTN Uganda Senior Manager Digital Distribution job placement should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration, Marketing or communication.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualification
  • Five years of experience in a Retail / Sales Management function.

Job Summary:   The Senior Manager Client Relations and Project Office will oversee and manage seamless relations with all OPCO's and ensure the key IT components necessary to deliver the business priorities are identified and fed into the IT demand pipeline. To ensure that all relevant support functions are effectively provided for to foster overall business performance in line with MTN's strategic objectives. Perform the Account Management role for the services provided by the IT Shared Services Hub.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Identify and establish alignment with MTN objectives in order to effectively drive the overall business and group objectives
