Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·        Engage with channel partners (mostly telecom companies) to understand their sales and marketing strategy.

·        Work with Channel Sales Managers, MSP partners, to develop campaigns, presentations, events, and materials that are tailored to both partners and their customers.

·        Engage with stakeholders across the business to define and implement our strategy, initiatives and programs for the growth of the company.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Job Summary:  The Manager Controls and Measurement provides stewardship of MTN’s performance in the organization-wide management of revenue leakage risk, and future design and implementation of a revenue responsible organization, commercial framework and technology landscape. The role is seen as the advisory arm of the Revenue Assurance

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·        To manage the RAFM performance and provide governance support with Executives, Management and Stakeholders to ensure targets are met and performance is optimized.

·        Improve profitability through the reduction of revenue leakage through strengthening the primary and secondary control environment to more effectively manage risk.

·        Manage and co-ordinate all RAFM risk assessments and business requirements analysis of organization change including new Projects, Products/Services, Technology changes.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·        The applicant for the MTN-Uganda Manager Design Authority Measurement & Controls job placement must hold a University Degree – BSc Quantitative Economics/BSc Computer/BSc Data Analytics/ Bach Actuarial Science

·        Post Graduate Qualification –CISA/CISM/CRISK/ MBA/CAIT skills

·        At least 3 years of leading a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management organization in telecommunications company or at least 5 years in relevant sector/ industry relevant role

·        At least 2 years of experience in audit and/or advisory organizations

·        At least 2 years of cross functional project management experience

·        Proven track record of business transformation ownership and delivery Hyperion and Oracle

·        Previous experience in finance or business management roles in the telecommunications industry, within a risk assessment and management environment

·        Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio and Access), ERP (Oracle preferred)

·        Well organized and ability to prioritize in regard to important flows of information and multiple requests to be processed; strong project management skills and ability to deliver.

·        Transparently Select, Guide and direct suppliers and third parties in achieving Opco objectives

·        Bring commodity-based procurement and sourcing expertise to commercial and Technical – provide input on scope of work, requirement specifications, demand management, cost, performance, market risk, market availability, quality and reliability of product/ service components required by both commercial and Technical.

·        Construct, implement and fine-tune methods, processes and systems to enhance effectiveness and meet organizational goals
