Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will be tasked with the role of Sales Coordination and will work with stakeholders to generate more revenue for the hotel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·         Coordinate sales effort with General Manager, Head of Sales and other team members
·         Quote, follow up, negotiate, contract, complete a sale and receive feedback
·         Handle CRM,  provide relevant MIS reports on Sales Performance to Management
·         Handle Instant Messaging
·         Reach customers through instant messaging, gate crashing and cold calling
·         Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
·         Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a given time period


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·         At least two years of sales experience in the hospitality industry

Creating a Positive Customer Experience

  • One to two years of work or internship experience serving people in a rural community based setting
  • Should be fluent in at least 3 or more local languages including Luganda
  • Conversant with use of computers
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Should demonstrate both verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak three (3) local languages
