Job Summary:   The Clients Services Officer will achieve and maintain customer satisfaction by directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of customer orders to their full satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Tasked with receiving customer orders and initiating order processing in line with set procedures
  • Assuring full customer order fulfillment in assigned service area and focus items
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure that service area requirements are fully met as hereunder:
  • Ensuring availability and adequacy of the procurement plans for agreed items
  • Ensuring that proper analysis of consumption is done for agreed items

Job Summary:  The Information and Data Management Assistant will support the implementation of the Company’s Information Management (IM) Policy, custody of company records and documents and ensure smooth retrieval of documents as and when required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Support the implementation of an Electronic Document Management System.
  • Support the implementation of the Company's Information Management Policy.
  • Support the embedment of IM Policy.
  • Manage the Records and Archive centres in line with the IM Policy and guidelines
  • Manage company reference library.
  • Support the development of appropriate training materials to facilitate compliance awareness.

Job Summary:  The Principal National Programme Officer (Council Affairs) will provide guidance on governance issues of the Council, and ensure compliance with both internal policies and other laws and regulations in coordination with line ministries and other stakeholders

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Advise senior management and Council on corporate governance issues and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the development and review of the institutional governance instruments like policies, guidelines, regulations,   procedures and manuals.
  • Coordinate Council meetings with guidance from the Council Secretary.
  • Prepare reports, minutes, agenda, notices, and other correspondence in regard to Council activities
  • Prepare contractual documents with third parties and ensure that the Council’s  interests are taken care of
  • Coordinate  Legal protection of the Council  assets including land, Intellectual property and other movable property
  • Steer the development and writing of proposals to ensure consistent funding and sustainability of Council activities


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from a recognized University, Postgraduate diploma in legal practice plus a Masters in the field of Law or related field. Other qualifications in corporate governance, arbitration, procurement or management will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of six years’ experience in a similar or relevant position
  • The applicant must also be enrolled as an advocate of the high court for at least 4 years
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a leadership role in a similar organization,

Job Summary:     The incumbent will drive and maintain council vehicle in accordance with the transport policy; and as directed by the supervising officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Drive vehicles for official duty and assignments
  • The Driver will report any technical faults on the vehicles to the supervising officer
  • Carry out basic maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle
  • Maintain basic records regarding the vehicles as instructed;
  • Ensure the safety of the vehicle while on duty.
