Sales Admin Clerk Jobs - Kray Microfinance


Job Title:            Sales Admin Clerk

Job Summary: The Sales Admin Clerk will ensure a seamless process that is sales and customer centric focused while ensuring that all documentation, administrative sales requirements, legal requirements and commission requirements are met.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·  Offer technical support to sales agents team leaders in the field
·  Provide administrative support to the Sales function/department
·  Render support with sales information and reporting
·  Responsibility for escalation processes on sales systems and process to Kray head-office for issue resolution
·  Deal / refer with customers or prospects who contact the sales department
·  Timeous sales processing completion of supporting documentation within agreed time frame
·  Implementation of the sales process as per the agreed steps and time frames
·  Co-ordination and planning of activation schedule and activation requirements
·  Ensure compliance to sales agent on-boarding process and relevant data capture
·  Prepare and present regular feedback to the management
·  Follow-up on any sales support actions when sales team are out of the office.
·  Assist with customer queries at sales touch point or as and when required
·  Providing data and reports to help the sales team
·  Keeping track of sales targets


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
·  The applicant should hold a minimum of a diploma in a business related field or have at least two years’ experience in sales
·  Computer literacy skills
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Ability to work under pressure and ability to multi-task
·  Be competent in financial literacy and have excellent attention to detail
·  Ability to work within a team environment
·  Ability to plan and organise with a focus on process management and implementation
·  Have high levels of energy and sense of urgency to deliver support and assistance to sales department and functions

Job Summary:    The Grants and Contracts Officer will be responsible for providing support in proposal development and grants management to ensure effective sourcing, acquisition, and management of restricted income to meet Mildmay Uganda’s strategic funding needs. S/he takes overall responsibility for managing, entirely, specific proposals, as well as working as part of proposal writing teams as maybe required from time to time. The Grants Officer is also directly responsible for managing relationships with assigned specific donors, and providing technical oversight and backstopping to the implementation of assigned grants/projects.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
                     The ideal candidate for the Mildmay Grants and Contracts Officer  job opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Social Sciences, International Development or any other related filed.
                     Post graduate training in any of the above fields will be added advantage.
                     A minimum of three years’ experience in program management, grants business development, Resource Mobilisation, and Grants Management in a Non-Profit setting.

                     At least 13 years working experience in a fast moving consumer goods organization similar to RB. Five (5) of these years should have been spent in a Senior Management position in a similar
                     Demonstrable evidence of designing and successfully implementing country market expansion strategies;

                     Designing and managing effective monitoring systems to guide management decisions
                     Managing and analyzing spatially-complex project data using geographic information systems (GIS)
                     Ensuring accuracy and transparency in project reporting of results
                     Spearheading operational research to capture critical learning opportunities from project implementation
                     Developing professional products and publications to share with project partners and external stakeholders


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
                     The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Public Health, Social Science, Statistics, Business Administration or related field. Further training in M&E, GIS, and experience in engineering will be an added advantage.
                     Appropriate experience in Monitoring & Evaluation work in a humanitarian/NGO setting. Experience with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs. Proven experience in the use of GIS to monitor and evaluate complex spatial data.
                     Thorough experience with and knowledge of principles and current approaches to monitoring and evaluation in relief and development programs, using both quantitative and qualitative methods
                     Understanding of data and information needs for program management and decision making
                     High level English language proficiency
                     Analytical and computer literate including MS Office skills
