HNH International Distribution Limited is a distributor of spirits/alcohol, based in Kampala District, Opposite Nakawa Court, specializing in the distribution of high-quality spirits/alcohol in a wide range of areas.
Job Summary: As a Merchandiser, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring effective product management and market alignment. Your ability to communicate fluently in Swahili and your collaborative spirit will be key in contributing to our success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage product displays to enhance visibility and sales.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Provide market insights to inform product development strategies.
- Work on product development initiatives to meet customer needs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Post-secondary Diploma in related fields
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or merchandising
- Strong skills in active listening, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Luganda and Swahili; French is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in market analysis
- Additional skills that can be learned over time.
