Job Summary: The Managing Director will oversee the overall strategy, operations, and performance of ABS Consulting Group Ltd. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in HR consulting, business development, and team management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Oversee the delivery of the company’s consulting services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Ensure the company’s financial performance aligns with strategic objectives.
- Promote the ABS Consulting Group Ltd brand and reputation through thought leadership, marketing initiatives, and industry engagement
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managerial leadership role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
