Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures for construction projects.
- Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment for safety compliance.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure scaffolding meets project requirements.
- Gain insights into the day-to-day responsibilities that define the role of a Scaffolder, contributing to the success of construction and maintenance projects.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with construction teams to understand project requirements and provide necessary scaffolding support.
- Follow blueprints and construction plans to accurately position scaffolding.
- Ensure all safety measures are adhered to during scaffolding operations.
- Responsibilities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Scaffolder or in a similar role.
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
