Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monitoring frameworks for projects.
- Collect and analyze data to measure project performance.
- Produce timely M&E reports and share insights with teams.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across projects.
- Support adaptive learning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.
- Experience with data collection tools (e.g., Kobo, ODK).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
