Job Title: Community Liaison Officer (2 Jobs)

About Organisation:
Tesla Technical services limited was incorporated on 6th day of November the year 2013 with three core business areas which include; power lines and substation works, Building construction and service provision in the telecommunication sector.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and Development: Develop and implementing community development plans, strategies, and programs that address local needs and priorities.
- Community Engagement: Facilitate community participation in decision-making processes, building relationships with stakeholders, and fostering a sense of ownership and empowerment.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify community needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Project Management: Manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community projects, ensuring they are successful and sustainable.
- Capacity Building: Provide training and resources to community members, leaders, and organizations to enhance their ability to address local issues and participate in development initiatives.
- Resource Mobilization: Identify and secure funding, resources, and partnerships to support community development initiatives.
- Monitoring and Evaluation; Regularly monitor project progress, evaluating outcomes, and making adjustments to ensure effectiveness and accountability.
- Collaboration: Build and maintaining strong working relationships with local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Advocacy: Represent the interests of the community and advocating for policies and resources that support development and equity.
- Reporting; Prepare regular reports on community development activities and outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work and Social Administration or Arts or Business Administration
- A certificate in Administrative Officers Law Course or Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management.
- At least three (3) years of experience as or equivalent level ina public or reputable private organization – Technical
- Has basic understanding of the Constitutional provisions relating to the Public Service;
- Effective Coordination of Meetings; Circulates the meeting agenda in advance along with relevant materials for participants;
- Organizes logistics to complement and enhance goals of the meeting
- Networking; Has strong interpersonal skills;
