Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic professional to lead our sales and marketing activities, develop and execute strategies, and drive business growth in our dynamic IT company
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify/Pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content.
- Collaborate with product development for marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a sales/marketing role, preferably in IT.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools is an added advantage
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
