Job Summary:   We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent, have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and be able to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support with manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating salaries, and conducting background checks.
  • Collaborate with recruiting HR officials to support seamless onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Manatal is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
