Job Summary: We are hiring a Graduate Mechanical Engineer for a 6-month training and probation period.
This role offers structured training, starting in the sales office to understand our products and client needs, then gradually transitioning to fieldwork for hands-on experience in machine installation and maintenance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Phase 1 (Sales Office):
- Understand industrial machines and their applications.
- Assist in customer inquiries and sales processes.
Phase 2 (Fieldwork):
- Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machines.
- Participate in factory setup and technical operations.
- Work closely with senior engineers for hands-on training.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to both office and field environments.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
What We Offer:
- Monthly allowance of UGX 300,000 during probation.
