Job Summary:   The Administrative intern will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Exam Coffee Limited through a range of administrative and organizational tasks. This internship is for three months with possibility of permanent confirmation thereafter.

 

Performance Goal: To promptly ensure smooth running and coordination of office operations.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing physical and digital filing systems.
  • Ensuring timeliness, cleanliness and tidiness of the office, safe custody, security and confidentiality of official information and documents in the office.
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating repairs to ensure proper office functionality.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls over the Organization’s Official lines.
  • Ensure the Office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Provide basic and accurate information about the company in person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, register, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/documents.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
  • Contribute to periodic social media content and online updates.
  • Assisting in the organization of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Supporting the preparation, formatting, and editing of reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Experience in managing a reception and customer service is of added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications and Social media/online content management. Prior experience is also helpful.
  • Confident and Bubbly personality.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Age: 23-27 years.
