Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and confirm guest reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally
- Coordinate with the team to manage bookings and sealing
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
