Job Summary: Exciting Opportunity for a Store Manager at Medequip Uganda Ltd. We are actively seeking dynamic individual to join our team in Uganda as Store manager. As a vital member of our vibrant team, you will play a key role in Customer Service, Merchandising, and Stock Management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must Have Bachelor’s Degree
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of experience in store management, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
- Inventory Management: Proficiency in inventory management systems and understanding of stock control, ordering processes, and logistics.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide product support.
- Training and Development: Experience in training staff on products, services, and operational procedures.
- Planning and Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedule staff, and ensure efficient store operations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address operational issues, resolve conflicts, and implement solutions effectively.
- Verbal and Written Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Good English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
- Software Skills: Very good with Microsoft office (Word & Excel) and preferably knowledge with QuickBooks software
- Attention to Detail: Precision in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry standards.
